Using VolleyTally.

Effective date: July 18, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your use of VolleyTally, a HarpElle LLC product.

The app

VolleyTally is a personal, courtside volleyball scorekeeping tool. It is not an official scorebook, referee service, emergency service, or guarantee of match accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing scores, rules, and any information you share.

Your use

Use VolleyTally lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the app or its live-broadcast service, attempt unauthorized access, use the service to harass others, or submit unlawful, infringing, or sensitive content. You are responsible for the team names, match information, and content you choose to enter or broadcast.

Live broadcasts

Live broadcast and watch is a temporary convenience feature. A host decides whether to start a broadcast and who receives its join information. Anyone with a valid join link or code may be able to view the temporary match information. Do not broadcast personal, confidential, or sensitive information. HarpElle may limit, suspend, or remove a live session to protect the service or others.

Purchases, ads, and third parties

Purchases are handled by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms. Eligibility for restoring a purchase is determined by the store and applicable purchase records. Advertising and certain services are provided by third parties and may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and disclaimers

VolleyTally is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free scoring, or that every feature will be available on every device, network, or region.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HarpElle LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of VolleyTally. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
